They all are the same Alice. 0:20 is from the first game and the other ones are from the second game's trailers. But 1:48 is how she actually looks in the second game; Alice: madness returns.

I just noticed that Alice is always shown covered in blood/splattered in blood but nothing she ever kills in any of the game either bleeds at all or if they do it ain't red.

Well in the first game, some of the enemies do bleed :D And also the cannon crabs bleed in the second game.
