Oh, and physical punishment, better known as corpral punishment, is actually leagal in EVERY state in the US. That pretty much means that EVERY state allows spanking. There are even 23 states that still allow corpral punishment in public schools. Mass and Cali are the only states that are trying to get rid of it.
