i liked the sega genesis version way better ....i bought altered beast on xbox live arcade and it was the arcade version i was so mad ...thank god for emulators and roms

Actually one of the earliest recorded examples of werewolfs was in Greek mythology...... and later in Roman literature. I don't mean to be a smart arse but that is the case I'm afraid. Enjoyable video though, as are all your videos.

If you think the arcade version's ending is surreal, you should try the Famicom version. After beating the final boss and seeing the end credits, an extra scene pops up where the wolf and girl are watching the whole game in a movie theater.

Whahaha...that ending is pretty freaking weird, kinda like the Super Mario 2 ending where it's all just a dream. I've only beaten the Genesis version and I'm pretty sure it doesn't have the same ending, since I don't remember this one at all.

Werewolf are from the greek mythology, Lycaon a king got a visit from Zeus and gave him a meal made out of human flesh just to see if Zeus could notice. Zeus could and did. One divine curse later and the king and all his descendants were werewolves
