there will be a 25 percent increase by 2010 on these taxes. they are hidden in the cost of the goods..also rusiia is dumping treasury bonds and for the first time the IMF is issuing them..well now that they own all the banks i guess they can come out in the open ,take your strawman back from the IMF with the UCC-1.and charge it all back to the money matrix.. a loan . the bank never gave you money it is debited to your ucc account and u r listed as debtor but can change that.. peace
