Hmm. ok well you got basic skills.Wall flips yer back flips just about but clean thm up go to a gymnastics club n ask if u can just borrow the equipment n stuff thats what me n my mates do.. but with practice you do ok... just remember over rotation is better than under rotation. you need to get more spin on your flips and a bit more hight. a good way of doing this is to jump as high as u can on the same spot for about 30 mins constantly have a break and do it again. any way any questions shout.
