Hi, im having trouble accurately copying a background image to another picture. The picture needs to be accurately positioned because it's a webpage. Is there no tool in photoshop where they allow you to copy/paste an image to the same location as from it's source?

@AlexutzaP make sure when you finish the outline double click to sort of confirm the outline. You should see the black and white moving line.
