i had that problem for 2 years!!! thats y im not very good bcuz thats all i tryed was kickflips and never got close but i quit for a while and then i took a deck and put it on the trampoline and i tryed and i just commited to it then i landed it in da trampoline and then i tryed it on my board and i landed it a few hours later so try that..i hope this will help!

land it upside down first like just flip the board 180 and land on the bottom of it... then once you got that mastered add a little more pop and a little more flick and itll come to you... there really no easy way to learn it but practice over and over
