Andy, Good question! I shoot all my vids in 640x480-30fps format and try to use daylight or good lighting! I output final vid at the same 640x480-30fps. Then upload in .MP4 or .MOV. I'm using a Mac with 'Final Cut' editing pgm Good Luck! 73

I literally threw a 20' wire out on the wooden balcony, fired up the KX1, and heard you. About 3W and a wire 10' off the ground and no counterpoise. 5:16AM is total moonlight madness!!!
