Alles muss sich aber in Maßen halten...Ich reite auch im Gelände auf E/A Niveau.Mein Pferd hat aber schon Erfahrung dadrin.Es macht ihm auch spaß.
Okay. er hat auch mal nen schlechten Tag, aber das macht mir nix..dann einfach schön longieren oder so.Springen und Dressur geh ich auf M-Niveau...ich achte aber immer auf die pferde. :)

i agree with maliwahtallhei people they think they can jump 2 feet first time if you agree they cant like this.i am 11 and i am still having a hard time and i have been riding same for 8 years!!i have not rode in a long time so i am having a little trouble but i can still jump......thats the good thing if you have been riding for a really long time and if you stoped for a few months and riding again you can still move with the horse i have the pony and she means the WORLD!!!
@QtipAppaloosa that is puissance, it is made out of blocks painted to look like bricks, so if the horse touches it the bricks will fall off, its not good to jump just a pole with out any fill in it, especially one that high, the horse would just run under neath it
@ArabKate I did not say that it should just be a single pole, I said that there should be a pole on top. If there had been, the fall probably wouldn't have happened.
i started riding at the age of 3 and still do but the scariest fall ive ever had was my horse was going over a jump and he some what refused but freaked out when he landed and so i hit the sand face first and my tall boot was on the ground next to me cuz the girth caught it and tugged it off, it was pretty painful but i lived ^.^
1:10 - That is incredibly dangerous. The horse cannot be expected to jump that - and you need to realise that THE HORSE CAN FALL, GET SHOCKED AND DIE. Gosh!

I think it is very sad trhat horses die because of people, but i hate it when people say jumping needs to be forbidden. I have 4 horses, and one of them seriously lives for jumping. When he was 3, someone forgot to put away a jump, and my horse kept going to it en walking and jumping over it. Since than i do this sport with he, and now im on Z. My horse would die wihtout this sport.
I've been riding for 8 years and everyone is like why is this even a sport the horse does all the work...NOT TRUE AT ALL you need to be in the proper position to help the horse and you need to help them keep up their pace and stay at a good speed for jumping and you can't chicken out before the jump because youll both get hurt!!! Riding is dangerous and people don't seem to realize that!!!!
yep, your'e risking your life trotting round an arena. You have to be totally focused, not sitting there and being all "Well jump then, stupid horse!" like some people do.
Give we will not quarrel! I simply consider that to horses more than 160 to jump not comfortably especially with the sportsmen... I very much love horses and I want it only good. Some sportsmen would go by horses only because of that what to be well-known. It the victory is important and popularity.аn about a horse they often forget... I go on a stable not only for this purpose what to go by horses, and simply to be near to them, to love them.
@NikaBezasha quit saying jumping is cruel! its nobodys fault that the horses' tripped. it was just a freak accident that can also happen in gaming, galloping in a field, or just trotting over ground poles. and if these horses hated jumping and their riders, they wouldnt be competing in some of the biggest, most prestigious competitions. And, its not forcing them to break a record. So stop being a softy and calling things cruel just because of a few freak accidents.

@Ninajojo18 for the record, most of the horses that jump at that level LOVE to jump. if the rider/trainer would think its too high for that particular horse, they wouldnt make them do it. once again, the pic doesnt say that the wall is too high for the horse, from wat i see is that the guy asked the horse to take off too early. which, every rider makes that mistake. whether pro or not.
It's called Puissance Wall.. One of the hardest events.. Yes It goes 7ft+,BUT the horse wouldn't jump it if it didn't want to, nor would they make the horse jump it if it wasn't comfortable jumping the height OR if it wasn't capable jumping the height.

I know people who dont ride can have very different views on horse riding, but you need to realize what you said is not true. If you are a rider like me, you will understand that the horse and rider are a team, with a bond like no other. A rider cares for his horse like he cares for a child or family member. The riders know what they're doing, people make mistakes!
Is what happened during that Puissance high jump worse than what happens in Steeplechasing like the "famed" Grand National? Not even close. Horses die in that "sport" every year.
aw this happened to me and my horse at a little fun show doing chase-me-charlie, he just tripped on the jump, although my horse nor i was hurt, it is one of the scariest things seeing your horse go down not knowing how bad they fell.....

@horsepower201 U obvs donni knoww much bout jumping, the height of a fence determines where a horse needs to take off, the higher the jump the further away the horse has to take off, this is because of the way they jump the ascend not just bunny hop

Good insight into the "real riding." People who expect something like this to their horses, only to celebrate their own success, should be punished! I can't understand how to intentionally expose another living being such a danger and pain? Employment and promotion, ok, but not when the time comes, it makes the animal no longer fun, or it must rise above their own safety limit and t'is afraid. Shame on you! A horse once said: "If you're good to me, I'll take you to success. " Think about it.
@filijo99 I agree it can be dangerous. But some of us enjoy the thrill. We don't mind the fact that some horses are unpredictable. We put our trust in our horse, and let it take us where it wants to go. I would ride my pony with my eyes closed. That is how much I trust her.
Everyone has their bad days sometimes. Like me! I broke my leg becuz my horse fell. But some people will say: Get it put down! But i won't. My horse Tequila means everything to me, and even if she brakes my leg again, i will still refuse to put her down.
And no to the people who says that the falls are animal cruelty. It's not. Remember, who ever wants to crash into a obstacle with a horse, just to be mean to it? I sure hope noone will! thx

@NikaBezasha quit saying jumping is cruel! its nobodys fault that the horses' tripped. it was just a freak accident that can also happen in gaming, galloping in a field, or just trotting over ground poles. and if these horses hated jumping and their riders, they wouldnt be competing in some of the biggest, most prestigious competitions. And, its not forcing them to break a record. So stop being a softy and calling things cruel just because of a few freak accidents.

@Ninajojo18 for the record, most of the horses that jump at that level LOVE to jump. if the rider/trainer would think its too high for that particular horse, they wouldnt make them do it. once again, the pic doesnt say that the wall is too high for the horse, from wat i see is that the guy asked the horse to take off too early. which, every rider makes that mistake. whether pro or not.

It's called Puissance Wall.. One of the hardest events.. Yes It goes 7ft+,BUT the horse wouldn't jump it if it didn't want to, nor would they make the horse jump it if it wasn't comfortable jumping the height OR if it wasn't capable jumping the height.

I know people who dont ride can have very different views on horse riding, but you need to realize what you said is not true. If you are a rider like me, you will understand that the horse and rider are a team, with a bond like no other. A rider cares for his horse like he cares for a child or family member. The riders know what they're doing, people make mistakes!

aw this happened to me and my horse at a little fun show doing chase-me-charlie, he just tripped on the jump, although my horse nor i was hurt, it is one of the scariest things seeing your horse go down not knowing how bad they fell.....

Good insight into the "real riding." People who expect something like this to their horses, only to celebrate their own success, should be punished! I can't understand how to intentionally expose another living being such a danger and pain? Employment and promotion, ok, but not when the time comes, it makes the animal no longer fun, or it must rise above their own safety limit and t'is afraid. Shame on you! A horse once said: "If you're good to me, I'll take you to success. " Think about it.

@filijo99 I agree it can be dangerous. But some of us enjoy the thrill. We don't mind the fact that some horses are unpredictable. We put our trust in our horse, and let it take us where it wants to go. I would ride my pony with my eyes closed. That is how much I trust her.

Everyone has their bad days sometimes. Like me! I broke my leg becuz my horse fell. But some people will say: Get it put down! But i won't. My horse Tequila means everything to me, and even if she brakes my leg again, i will still refuse to put her down.
And no to the people who says that the falls are animal cruelty. It's not. Remember, who ever wants to crash into a obstacle with a horse, just to be mean to it? I sure hope noone will! thx
