As long as we lack information about ppl like this and their deeds, innocent men will continue to be maligned and devistated by the biggest hammer there is- The 'laws' of the American courts.

everyone, including jurors wanted to convict him. but because Ligia didn't turn her husband in and get a physical exam as soon as the last rape happened, that could not be done.
I think she didn't because she had children and a life with him. For almost 20 years. She had given up everything to a controlling husband and in the end wanted to keep that family together.
Do I agree with that? HELL NO. But I try to be sympathetic to the fact that a lot of women do stay with abusive husbands and that just because you or I would have had strength to leave....does not mean everyone would do that same.

Previous accusations she made against Vladek proven false.
Its impossible to think otherwise that she is also lying about rape.

Lets say something happened between two people.
One made 3 accusations against the other.
Two of which were proven false, how likely are you going to believe the 3rd accusation holds water?
but later videos are released that shown the accusers outlandish behavior.

After all of that, how much of the accusers credibility have you lost? Would you trust a person after all of that?

She did that on her own.
In the few cases where men falsely accuse women, they in most cases get snuffed out.
However in the current law system, a woman's word is almost always believed on the default.
If not, acts like the Violence Against Women Act and Primary Agressor Laws would not exist right now.

I would normally advise you to do your research on this particular case before you go around passing judgement....but I know that the full story cannot be found. So much "truth" has been propagated by one side I can see how one might think this woman is so horrific. It's all very sad

After 1 minute and 49 seconds it AMAZES me how many people rush to support this stupidity and "disbar Mary Kellet." If any of you actually followed the trial you would hate yourselves for supporting this video and what it stands for, along with "A Voice for Men."
Vladek Filler is a rapist. Pure and simple. He sodomized his wife as a form of punishment. And you are all ok with this? You rush to try and help? What is wrong with all of you?

@MoneyIsSilver The only reason I disagree with you is because I only believe that the death penalty should be given to somebody who poses a clear, active, imminent physical threat to somebody. Sending Kellett to jail for life would strip her of her power to persecute innocent men.
