hey, ive got the same problem, but my fake palette SCREAMS that it's fake. Tha packaging is so poor that it doesnt seem to stay in place, the eyeshadows (i swatched them, they dont show up) and concealer are crap, seriously... Beware ladies, dont you ever buy high end cosmetics off ebay!!!!

this is definately fake! Benefit does not produce products with poor packaging! If you bought this off of ebay immediately contact the seller and tell them you want a refund! Also if you used PayPal to purchase this PayPal will give you a full refund! Hope this helped!

no original...the first eye shadow is usually a light pink but here it looks like a brown shadow...so you should buy your benefit in stores like douglas

I'm sorry for the trouble!!

Here is what u xan do:

Ask the seller for refund, if they refuse u can open the dispute on paypal and or tell the seller ur going to leave a negative feedback stating that the item is fake.

Ebay sellers are usually extremely concerned with their feedbacks, so this should make them refund u.

Sometimes the items are authentic, it's just that it has a little defect that make the items to be unable to go to a benefit counter... Hence what the company usually do when the cosmetics has large defect (contamination of colour, items placed on wrong case) is to throw them away... Whereas little defect ( uneven powder being pressed on the pant or the one on the video) is being sold "secretly" to avoid much loss...

I work for benefit at italy for over 3 years now, so i can asured you they dont sell it "secretly"...its a major company and they dont need to do it....Our biggest concernt are our costumers so you should inform better next time before speaking like that....they could sue it you.

@lauraliciousfy ok, i guess the seller must be a total jerk....If there anything i can say to all of you is to never EVER buy anything at ebay, cuz' its a matter of good sense asking yourself: "why a product that cost $30 is at $ 12????? HELLO!!!ITS FAKE....I rather save my money until i have enought than gettin' something fake and risk a rush (or worst) on my face....Benefit and other things dont worth the risk....Take care.

yeah all benefit on ebay is fake benefit. you can only buy real benefit via the official benefit website

secretbeautygoodies on ebay is a seller who sells fake things =) and when i told her it is fake, she admitted they were fake.

yep im pretty sure thats not real :( ive seen fake bad gal lash from ebay but never this! get down to you local benefit counter and ask them to write you a note saying its not real, then send it with the note back to the supplyer, they will have to refund you xxxxx
