you dont have to breath fast, you can breath slow, it is important that you enjoy the practice or else you will give it up, it is not about fighting is it? you can have war if you want, personally i prefer peace. also you can do bhastrika in any position, make it comfortable and enjoyable, dont be afraid of pain, pain is strengthening but be gentle and enjoy
