  • Thank you titli... M bit weak in baking but m trying hard in it. Any ways being from India I loved ur recipe of rasmalai and gulab jamun. I made them and both were awesome.

  • I m really really fond of u. Please it's a request to you... Never ever stop uploading your videos. Thanks alot

  • @Deepu2786 I have no intention of stopping any time soon :-)

  • que rica receta y que linda voz!! i like

  • I found a monkey in my cake

  • Et le thé Titli,tu le bois le petit doigt levé ?

  • Can i use fresh cherry ?

  • @TheAiTenshi Yes you can.

  • I wanna get high and watch you cook one day.

  • Could you please do a video on measuring. I notice that you measurements are different in that 8oz can be 225g or 250g! I am confused

  • @up4itgal Sometimes I round up a bit, and sometimes I round down a bit. The idea should be to either follow the grams or the ounces, but not both at the same time! Good comment, thanks.

  • @TitliNihaan Thanks for your reply. My scale uses ounces so I'll be following that :-)

    .

  • i always had this question. Why do we have to grease the baking pan before lining it with a parchment paper. We can sprinkle some water to make the paper stick, right?? Is there any specific reason. Please reply. Thanks.

  • @suppusoora It does help the paper stick to the pan at the beginning, but also ensures that the paper comes away from the pan at the end.

  • I luv your this recipe! <3<3<3 yummies!

  • I made this and everyone who tried it loved it. Thank you for another great recipe.

  • Stumbled across your channel whilst looking for an bolognese recipe and boy am i glad. I love simple recipes and will give this one ago :D.

Keep the recipes and your sense of humour coming, absolutely love you.

  • YUMMY!

  • lovely and very nice

  • I made this. I had to. It was amazing!

Only thing I did different was I made a cherry glaze for the top. I used a can of cherry pie filling but drained the sauce off to use them in the cake. I had all the sauce left over and didn't want to waste it, so I mixed some with a cup of powdered sugar until it was the right consistency. Delicious! <3

  • @ZhaneTheGreat Fantastic idea! Thanks for sharing!

  • You're such a fun, spirited lady :-)

  • I would make it... but im only 12 *crys*

  • my mother in law gave me few days ago such cherries and didn't know what to do with them until you broke the spell so i made this cake and added few sultanas too and sprinkled icing sugar on top yaaaaaamyy

  • Are you a man?

  • @rebeccasattler No. Are you?

  • My grandma always used to bake this. I don't like cherries so she would always bake a smaller loaf of the mix just for me without them in it. I love almond cake ^^.

  • I have to have a thick slice or at least two thin slices! :-)

  • YUMMM I WANT TO MAKE SOME

  • this sounds like it'd be lovely with some tea, dear titli. i think perhaps instead of the cherries i may use golden raisins.

  • why not fresh cherries? they're much better!

  • ohhhh me liking

  • That looks wonderful.

  • Please adopt me !!

  • could you please make bread pudding {not bread and butter pudding} but the british bread pudding.

  • "I think I've managed to beat this into submission." Hahahaha.

  • Life is a bowl of cherries. Creamy white goodness. LOL. Cackle Fruit! Afternoon tea is civilized. But not to UK_Uncut. Twits.

  • Yummy! O_o

..I bet that would be OK w a few walnuts thrown in to the batter? A coffee, with a tinge of Kardemumma would be cool, as an Arab aquaintence has taught me, ( I think it was,) to add for a flavour Arabesque. I mean it might taste good w the cake and cherries. We could all meet in Andalusia and dress up 12th Century and talk in retro-civil tone: philosophy?

huh...? monkeys 'paint their nuts red?' N'rmind!..pr'olly better I don't go down that rabbithole of a funny phrase! No comment.

  • What a beautiful cake and the flavors must be heavenly!

  • Without the cherries will it still taste good...Almond tart? :P - sorry dont like glace cherries... :( My grandma puts it on the top of her cookies...I always took them every single one hahah

  • @MissPonderosa Yes it will taste good. The lemon gives it a nice freshness :-) Have you thought about using raisins instead of cherries?

  • @MissPonderosa Oh sounds good! I guess the sweetness is gone after removing the cherries? Yes I love raisins, sultanas! :) Thank you

  • Da-rrrooooool! :-)

  • do you think you could do the same with using a plate or sth likewise instead of the Aluminium foil?? (want to save energy)...?

  • @emsyduckie Probably,proving the place was ovenproof!

  • Titliiiiii... i looooooooveeeeeee this recipeeeeeeeeeeeee. thankyew! :)

  • ive been looking for a way to use a jar of cherries i've had since the french revolution !

  • @musclelimit Wow! Tell me, what was Marie Antoinette really like?

  • @TitliNihaan she was ok, bit of a greedy mare tho, all that cake and stuff!

  • @musclelimit Off with her head!

  • another thing that i am sure would help me sooth myself in this abd bad bad exam season

  • و عليكم السلام

  • @MrJassim7 :-)

  • i lost my cherry :(

  • wonderful recipe , thank you ;)

  • Anyone else think the ingredients look like a smiley face at the start? XD

  • why don't you use fresh cherries

  • @oKeegan You can use fresh too, she chose not to for this. I've made it with fresh cherries before.

  • @AtenRa OK! Thanks for the info :-)

  • I love the how you formed the ingredients into a nice circle :) The cake looks really lovely. I'd like a bite of that... so I might make it myself some time.
