  • That policeman was the most mellow dude ever.

  • Fucking pigs always get their way, 157 people suck off cops for money

  • dislike cuz he got arested.

  • To you whop dont understand the difference between law and acts, codes and statutes need to go do some homework. This disrespectful kid is correct EXCEPT the first rule of being free, Honor! No Honor you get what you get. FAIL!

  • I wounder if this guy had/has anything to do with the BC laws being challenged with regards to DWI ...i remember reading something about that in the news not long ago

  • cops around here would have hit that dude in the face with a billy stick ,,,damn uppity freemason lol good bless him for standing up for his right

  • wow, it's amazing how people come down on someone standing up for their rights. How bout if you swear to uphold the law you do it and not use your badge to abuse the people who pay your check..

  • I actually live in the area where this happened. I for one do not appreciate people driving drunk on our roads. He sounds like he has been snorting to much cocaine too. Just sounds like he has a stuffy nose and sure is acting like he is on drugs, Shameful attitude!

  • Wish cops in the US were level headed like this guy.

  • The kid was speeding, had alcohol on his breath and slowly escalated his foul language toward the officer. Eventually: 'Fuck you, 'asshole'... Very disrespectful. I bet he is like that with his family. He is an idiot.

This officer was very patient - he even loosened the handcuffs! He kept his cool.

  • Title of this video is misleading. There was nothing unlawful about the arrest. The bottom line is US citizens are protected under the 4th amendment of the Constitution from illegal search and seizure from any type of local, state, or federal government entity; however, if a law enforcement officer has established probable cause that a crime is taking a place, they do not need consent. Probable cause can and has been established many times simply on suspicion alone.

  • immediately means right now! at least he got that right, hes going to jail immediately

  • this guy is awesome

  • How is this unlawful ? I for one don't like drunk pot heads speeding on highways I use!

  • LOL! Someone has been watching too many US tv shows!

  • Don't drink and drive kids :-)

  • I have no love for cops, but this punk is clearly in the wrong here. He sounds like he has been drinking and is doing whatever he can to avoided being charged.

  • @John2070 i have to agree with you i believe the guy is drunk.but i understand his point.in tn where i live our rights were taken away and replaced by police rules that we obey or else.it wasn't voted on it was invoked by tn police we had no choice.the police separated Tennesseans into two groups which is nothing new its poor in one group rich in another group.the poor are identified by the neighborhood they live in and the same for the rich. we are curfewed the rich isn't we suffer they don't.

  • @maverick10241 "i believe the guy is drunk.but i understand his point.in tn where i live our rights were taken away and replaced by police rules"

    .

YOU DO NOT HAVE THE "RIGHT" TO DRIVE DRUNK

    .

"it was invoked by tn police "

    .

    FLAT OUT LIE

  • @greywolf424 he was traveling,not driving

  • Good job Cst Smith.

  • how did you get the footage?

    great job btw

  • LOL, it's funny when coppers think that they can assault you, then when you protect yourself you get an assault accusation against you. The law is being violated by the police and warped to suit.

  • Yea, most people are too stupid to realize that someone can not simultaneously "serve" you, while they "police" you...

  • If only everyone would have the guts and lawful indignation this kid demonstrates!

Anyone who thinks armed corporate robbers called Policy Officers should be allowed to accost individuals and 'charge' them with made up bullshit rules is a MORON.

  • I've met good cops and bad cops and enough of the latter that I get nervous every time I get pulled over... but man this poor guy. What makes him get out of bed every day and put that badge on? Knowing that he might have to deal with someone like this. Kudos and thumbs up to this cop. He ought to be sainted and knighted.

  • Haha, Miranda rights in Canada? This guy is really drunk!

  • how did he get the tape to this and show it

  • fuck the police!!

  • Welcome to a new level of degeneracy!

    KUDOS to Cst. Smith

  • I understand this Freeman's perspective. However, he should not be driving impaired, and I cannot argue with that. If he were to hit someone and drive away, what then? Leaving the scene of an accident is part of the Highway Act isn't it? What if he injures the person? What then? So many questions haha. These acts are here for a reason, and I cannot help but think this man is taking advantage of the whole thing just so he can drive drunk and high and not give a crap about other's safety.

  • @leyzer2990 No victim no crime. If he were to hurt someone and they can show damages then there is a crime.

  • @izzysykopth Not true. You may want "no victim no crime" to be the law, but as of right now, drunk driving and speeding are still against the law.

  • @MidnightWins2 wrong .not law against statue ,under common law you have the right to travel without restriction, ie;license, insurance, seat belt, and a host of others. like posted signs are only for commercial use only and is in the code book as such.

  • @disturbed1199 No. You ought to look up "common law" before you assume you know what it means. Common law is a law form arising from the decisions of judges. It has nothing to do with being exempt from driving regulations. Many people before have raised your arguments with judges, and the judges refuse to accept it every single time.

  • @leyzer2990

The cop doesn't know he's driving impaired, it's just an assumption.

  • So what happened? Did you win the courthouse case? TELL US!!!!

  • I have worked in the law enforcement field for over 10 years and not once was I explained my rights as a human being. I have recently discovered the path as a freewoman and am ultimately captivated by it. The government is in fact corrupted to the core and it surprises me not one bit that thousands of law enforcement officers do not know what Common Law means or entails. I am now seeking ways to separate my flesh and blood self from my legal fiction identity. This government has gone far enough.

  • @XxXGaMeRByTcHXxX Amen to that

  • @XxXGaMeRByTcHXxX What type of law enforcement were you in for 10 years "Gamerbitch".

  • wow...what amazes me the most....Is how many people lack knowledge of the Law and their Creator given rights....and how many people volunteerly offer to bend over for these fraudulent crooks....I bet most of these comments here are made by these revenue agents....

It takes a MAN to do what you did...Most people don't have the balls to stand up for their own, in knowing that, they're envious cause they FEAR what they perceive to have authority over them..potent and outstanding.

  • ricky from trailer park boys.

  • @andyholmes121 Ricky can actually manage to talk his way out of it most of the time. This guy's a fucking idiot.

  • This just keeps getting funnier and funnier.

  • this Mountie has more patience than needed! he had every right to smack the guy!!

  • @zjk911 hope you still have the same view when the shoe is on your foot.

  • for some reason I dont think this guy went to law school

  • The only thing you achieved with posting this is proving how much of an asshole you are.

  • wow, this guy is an idiot. this would all have been over in mere minutes had he not been a complete oblivious moron. koodoo's to the cop for not blowing up at this guy. it's people like this that make me fear for the future of humanity.

  • wow, this guy is an idiot. this would all have been over in mere minutes had he not been a complete oblivious moron. koodoo's to the cop for not blowing up at this guy.

  • this cop was totally right....this guy is a fucking retard.

  • Poor Cop.

This is why they turn into dicks they get hardened by these assholes

  • David Mitchell, you're a mouthy dumbass. This is the most lawful arrest I've ever seen. Just because you talk over someone and don't let them get a word in edgewise, does not make you right.

  • This cop is one of the most patient level headed cops I have ever seen. If anyone thinks this idiot knows the law he is way off. This video is proof of several crimes. Your rights do not entail you to commit crimes and disobey lawful orders without consequence.

  • David Mitchell, you're a fucking moron.

  • If anyone is completely oblivious, its the wannabe lawyer.

  • This cop is one of the most patient level headed cops I have ever seen. If anyone thinks this idiot knows the law he is way off. This video is proof of several crimes. Your rights do not entail you to commit crimes and disobey lawful orders without consequence.

  • I can't wait to see the video when you get pulled over in the states some time. Please be sure to post it for our amusement.

  • I like how the cop almost breaks character when he says "Protest of duress?" totally thinking "What a fucking idiot"

The guy getting arrested has probably been fantasizing about sticking it to the man forever, sucks to get the most patient and reasonable officer ever and ruin the fantasy.

  • "At no point in time am I going to understand anything you say to me." LOL

  • That's the dumbest guy I've seen in a while. Because of his drunken stupidity, he's going to be in a heap of trouble.

I would have kicked his ass 10 minutes ago.

  • That cop has patience. I've dealt with losers like this in law enforcement. That punk was lucky he didn't get his lights put out. As for the poster of this video and it's description, you're an idiot. This cop likely prevented an accident from this obviously drunk loser in which someone you love could have been killed. There are laws in place to protect the public from drunken speeders like this guy and the police are our enforcers of those laws.

  • David Mitchell?

Gee, who knew such a successful British actor would be caught speeding drunk in Canada.

  • This cop must be the most freaking patient person in the entire WORLD.

  • What a nice, patient cop, they should all be like him. You sir, are an idiot.

  • Comment removed

  • Canadian police are so patient.

  • If this retarded drunk died, the world would be a better place.

  • god doesn't give you rights a council does you fucking idiot

  • I hope everyone knows the title of this is sarcasm.

  • Unlawful arrest? Are you kidding me?

Possibly one of the most patient RCMP I have ever seen.

  • Not without a hearing.. Not without a hearing. LMFAO.

I would like to shake hands with that Officer. If that was me, I would have shot that motherfucker in between his eyes.

  • "Mirandize me! Mirandize me!"

    "Gentlyyyy...Gentlyyyy"

  • I think the lawyer the officer is arresting is driving a 60s mustang, my job here is done.

  • "Is that in the Magna Carta too?"

    Fuck yes.

  • This officer did a great job. And that's coming from me, you admitted to drinking and speeding, he potentially saved your life.

  • This officer did a great job.

  • Wow, I have a newfound respect for officers. Had that been me, I think that I would have made the cuffs quite a bit tighter. This guy showed a praiseworthy amount of restraint.

  • Unlawful, eh? Drinking and driving, and you're probably high. Stumbling over your words like none other, and spurting out random irrelevant legal terms.

On top of that, cussing out an officer. Douche.

  • this guy is such an idiot.

  • In America he would have been tazed in the first video resolving the situation with a drunk/high asshat

  • HAHAHAHA I LOVE the part where the guy starts crying like a little bitch <3

  • ONE MORE CLICK

  • Why is this unlawful?

  • All bets were over when the guy admitting to having 2 beers.

  • "Gentlyyyyy! Gentlyyyy!! Don't f-ing torture me with these things!"

  • The Miranda rights technically don't exist in Canada, it was an American court case. However, there are similar rights in the Canadian Charter. This guy is an idiot.

  • How the fuck is this unlawful arrest? The guy is a complete prick that is 100% guilty and has no idea what he's talking about and the RCMP officer is as patient as a saint, what more do you want?

  • This officer is a model, good on him for the way he dealed with this guy.

  • How is this unlawful?

Good on the cop for getting a dangerous driver off the road

  • I'm sorry, OP, but I don't think that going 30-40km/h over the limit, drinking and driving, refusing to go through a breathalyzer test, resisting arrest and verbally abusing an officer of the law are "God Given Rights".

Think about it next time before you go making wild accusations.

  • Cheers to that officer. This driver is such a dumbass. I would have lost it if I was that cop.

  • I laughed so hard when he asked to be "Mirandized". What a dumbass.

  • How is this unlawful? Everything that happens is as a result of the civilian's uncooperative ignorance and potentially/probably dangerous driving. The constable was a total pro for behaving as calmly as he did.

  • ONE. MORE. CLICK.

  • Ha ha, he cuffs him and the guy is screaming at him in that nasally voice calling him an asshole and the cop is like "Oh, sorry." He's such a pro. Excellent work.

  • "Is that in the Magna Carta too?" Ahahaha this cop is awesome. What a pro.

  • Ahahaha. The driver definitely deserved to be arrested.

Let's collectively hope his foul mouth gets filled with prison cock.

  • Douchebag was lucky these are Canadian cops.. the 'murrikans would've tazed & beat him as soon as he stepped out of the car..

  • @behaaki for damn sure when he got out of the car and went for something in his trunk he would have been in deep shit.

  • @behaaki AMERICA!!!!

  • Liked for luz

  • he should have tased his dumb ass

  • Most patient officer ever, the driver is a douche

  • "I can't feel my thumb" maybe 'cause it's so far up your own ass?

  • Thumbsdown for the title.

  • I thought that the title and description was sarcastic.

  • I would have pepper sprayed that kid before the end of ep. 1.

  • That officer has far more patience than I would in that situation...

  • This dude took a justice course and thinks hes a fucking expert. He's drunk and retarded.

  • Fucking canadians. hahaha.

  • @wafflesid Fucking drunk assholes, more like.

  • This man deserved to be arrested for unwillingness to comply with the law. He admitted to having two beers, as well as the officer smelling alcohol on his breath, as WELL as reckless driving by speeding over 30km/h over the speed limit. He brought it on himself and obviously doesn't know shit about law and legislation.

  • why is this called unlawful arrest?? I seemed like he deserved to be arrested for drinking and driving.

  • @thugix The guy knows his rights. He was expressing his rights like every citizen should know. Most of you sheeple are to stupid to know what the bill of rights stand for.

  • @cfxboxmoh No. I believe in rights. This guy does not know his rights. He can't just refuse a breath test and let him drive drunk.

  • you cant even call this arrest unlawful, That officer showed enough patience, dealing with your crap.

  • @chevelleinc12 you are asleep and have no idea of common law....read the Magna Carta..."understand"... the cops work for us....and as drunk as this sovereign being is....HE IS ABSOLUTELY CORRECT. THIS COP SHOULD BE PROSECUTED AND PUT BEHIND BARS. You know nothing of the law....YOU are exactly the the type that will be in FEMA camps before long....solely because you believe a lie. Good luck to you human.

    Peace,

    7

  • A double tap to the head would be the best thing for that moaning little fuckhead. The click he needs to hear is the cocking handle chambering a round. If that cop made a mistake it was not taking him to the ground early in the stop and cuffing him there and then.

  • @DaveTPC

    Settle down power trip.

  • The cops have the right to beat, torture, & falsely imprison innocent (yes innocent until proven guilty, remember) people. I don't need congress to pass a law to know that I have the right to protect myself . The pigs would be the first to tell you that ignorance of the law is no excuse. Well, pigs, your ignorance seems to be the cause for a lot of pig funerals. The constitution gives us the right to take arms and protect ourselves from assholes like this.

  • No.1 The little shit head is drunk or stoned.

No.2 The cops is being very tolerate and professional.

In this case if I was the cop I'd smack the shit outta the little bastard. If you want to stand up for something you believe in do it with dignity and class, not like some self proclaimed disiciple.

  • Suck it Freemen!

  • Ooooh I wanna beat this punk up so bad. As 15 years Deputy Sheriff in da STATES, One....I would have told him to keep his ass in the car. If he came out like that rifling through hsi trunk, iwould have drawn down on him asap. Also, My Uniform with my clearley displayed badge of authority is my identification in the U.S. and His speeing would have not only given me a reason to stop but to arrest him for reckless driving, then his right to consent to search his vehicle and his person is negated.

  • @ricogoldstar If I was unfortunate enough to be an American citizen, I would put you on notice for the overwhelming amount of ignorance and neglect of your duties as a sworn in peace officer under oath. I would have your job. It is officers like you and your overwhelming ignorance of the difference between law and statutes that lead you to believe, as a public servant, you are masters of the people you harass, extort, detain, assault, and murder on a daily basis!

  • @8MlTsCl1 Statutes are law whether you like it or not. You can keep repeating your freeman mantra to yourself as many times as you want, but at the end of the day, judges have the final say on interpreting the law, not you. Your opinion is just that, your opinion. Not binding law.

  • @MidnightWins2 Statutes are not law, they are merely given the force of law by all who mutually consented. Present the contract which bears my signature with the authorized signature of the government agent. And judges have the final say? How is another Human Being not equal to me, but above me without my consent. Watch this video and reply if you would like. youtube.com/watch?v=yzjv20sC5CY

  • @8MlTsCl1 It sounds to me like you don't understand what law actually is. Law is not a static, universal code that transcends the material world, where governments can just "swing and miss" at it. Law is defined by each society, and morality does not enter the question of its legitimacy. If a rule is passed by a government, it has the power to enforce the rule, and the majority of people perceive this power as legitimate authority, then it is in fact law.

  • @MidnightWins2 I used to think just as you are now. I read the statutes which purport to govern me. I found out otherwise. These next two videos will explain why you think the way you do about this subject: youtube.com/watch?v=G_df5ymco0o&feature=related (There is a part two to this one.)

    youtube.com/watch?v=ngpsJKQR_ZE

  • @8MlTsCl1 Those links are just giving me a redirect to my home page. What are their titles?

  • @MidnightWins2 One is "I'm Allowed to Rob You!" and starts with a man, wearing a sweater with diamond shapes, sitting at his desk and holding a piece of paper.

Other is "How To Brainwash A Nation" and starts with two older men, one beige suit and the other blue suit, sitting in chairs facing the camera. Video appears to be from the 70's or 80's. The man in the blue suit is a defected ex-KGB agent from the field of psychological warfare and explains how Americans have been brainwashed.

  • @8MlTsCl1 Okay, thanks. The video of the KGB agent is interesting, although it doesn't really prove anything in relation to this subject. The other video, though, is just a silly attempt to make a reducto ad absurdum. It ignores the societal function of government, as well as its history and formation. A random guy didn't just wake up one morning and say to himself, "I want to steal people's money, maybe I should form a government so that I can!"

  • WITH COPS LIKE THESE WHO THE FUK NEEDS CRIMINALS ?

  • The police cant be the judge, jury and executioner. separation of powers should be upheld. he should be given a hearing before a judge. the police are not the judge.

  • MR is a person, persons are subject to statute. period. He didn't contest the fact that we has identified as a person, plus he provided ID with a person name First,Last and the vehicle is REGISTERED which means the province of B.C. holds the title so the car in this case is never private property and can be towed legally and lawfully. The vehicle would need to de-registered and the man inside should have provided non-government ID and been more polite. The officer made a judgment call.

  • You "freemen" keep saying that driving is a commercial activity. No, it actually isn't. That has absolutely no basis in law. A random guy just pulled that out of his ass years ago, and all the believers just assumed it was true and began parroting it.

Rules and regulations of the road have nothing to do with commerce. It is simply a matter of safety. If you are using a vehicle on a public road, and you don't know how to handle it, then you pose a threat to others. That's as far as it goes.

  • @MidnightWins2 Okay.. Let's forget about "freemen" and look in a Law Dictonary..

DRIVER: One EMPLOYED in conducting a coach, carriage, wagon or other vehicle, with horses, mules or other animals, or a bicycle, tricycle or motor car, though not a street railroad car.

EMPLOY: To engage in one's service; to use as an agent or substitute in transacting BUSINESS.

Also look at the origins of Vehicle Excise Duty. What is today called a Tax Disc stems from Hackney Cabs (commercial vehicles) in 1637.

  • @TheHolySpirit I don't see what relevance your law dictionary has. Here in America, every state has it's own motor vehicle code, where they define driving as simply operating of a motor vehicle, and a motor vehicle as...well, a vehicle with a motor. The only preexisting rules that our legislatures are required to adhere to are the constitution of the country and the constitution of the state, none of which make any mention of driving or vehicles. Canada has something similar, I believe.

  • The driver in this video has no clue about the law. He acts like an ignorant, drunken fool while the police officer remains calm and professional.

Great video example of good police work, but improperly labelled.

  • I suggested the correct publications. If you choose not to govern yourself by those, get ready for the consequences playing these "freeman games". The MVA of BC governs all persons operating motor vehicles on highways in BC (definition of a highway is contained in that act). A "freeman" played the "I don't have to provide my name game last week in Penticton" He then played the stay in jail all weekend game.

    I tire of your foolishness.

  • After reading some of the screwball comments on this video I'm going to keep a sharper eye out. These nuts walk (and worse, drive) among us.

Kudos to the RCMP Cst, he did an amazing job. Whatever he gets paid, it's not enough to deal with jerks like this roadside lawyer.

Anyone who doesn't understand that everything the constable did was completely within the law and warranted should read the Criminal Code and the Motor Vehicle Act. Get a friend to help with the big words.

  • @hanic2010 your comment lacks any formal study on the topic. The only thing that matters to a Canadian is the magna carta, the rule of law, the constitution and the bill of rights.

The motor vehicle act is for commercial activity not for a sovereign canadian. The RCMP officer abused his authority and did not act according to his oath to keep the peace.

  • It was NOT clear that he was intoxicated at all!

An individual has the right to drink to a level UNDER the legal limit!

It DOESN'T matter how nice someone is, WRONG IS WRONG!!!!

Speeding at 3:15 in the morning is safer than at 4 pm in the afternoon!

This "AMAZING" citizen is and should be a huge inspiration to us all to learn our rights and use them as often as we can! If we don't use them we will eventually lose them! KUDOS KUDOS!!!!!!!

  • @vashonr Says the guy who wasn't there. You can't smell the alcohol on his breath or see it in his eyes. And it DOESN'T matter what time he was speeding at, AGAINST THE LAW is AGAINST THE LAW!!!

  • @MidnightWins2

"Says the guy who wasn't there. You can't smell the alcohol on his breath or see it in his eyes."

You were not there either and you don't know if he was in fact intoxicated so this entire sentence you have typed is a total waste of time and proves nothing.

"And it DOESN'T matter what time he was speeding at, AGAINST THE LAW is AGAINST THE LAW!"

Laws are for people like you, not me! I personally don't abide or acknowledge any set laws for what I do. Cops take you rights

  • @MidnightWins2

They take them because you, the average person don't use them or protect them. Oh and speeding is NOT a reason to search, or give a breath/drug test to a citizen! The cop was wrong and the kid schooled his ass! Cops don't give a crap about your rights or you! You are a number and getting you to allow them to do any search or unwarranted test is morally WRONG due to coercion through deceit and word play. USE YOUR RIGHTS PEOPLE, IT"S ALL WE HAVE!

  • @vashonr Okay, don't follow the laws. See what happens. You will be thrown in jail, and 99% of people will agree that it's no more than you deserve.

  • @MidnightWins2

So the freeman deserved to be put into jail for speeding or defending his rights? That's the point bruh! Seems as though your an advocate for laws and who deserves what! You should be a judge! Oh and I don't break laws just to break laws, I decide and use my own free will to discover what is right for me! The point remains he wasn't clearly drunk and ONLY broke a speed limit which is NOT probable cause for any arrest or search and seizure! That guy was a hero, your a narc!

  • @vashonr were you beaten as a child? is that why you talk like such a dumb fuck? did mommy not tell you that she loved you enough before taking her nightly stroll to the corner?

shut the fuck up, you're a fucking moron.

  • @FuckTheNeighbours

Have you even re-read your comment?

Do you actually go around talking to people like that?

    What is wrong with you?

Instead of remarking on a factual basis and staying on topic, you call names and try aggressive behavior on me! It seems you are venting your problems on me. You should consult a physician or professional help with your rage!

  • @vashonr i understand what's wrong with you now. you're american. my bad.

  • @FuckTheNeighbours Hey, don't stereotype, man. I'm American too!

  • @MidnightWins2 fair enough, my apologies.

  • Fail

  • whether the cop was being nice or not....he had no right to arrest him.

  • @facing42 No, drunk driving is a crime.

  • @MidnightWins2 Well, actually, he didn't know whether he was drunk or not. What he knows is that he was going a certain speed. Is speeding immoral? Does it cause harm to another human being? No. Therefore, he has no right to detain the individual.

  • @facing42 This country isn't governed by the freeman principles of "Do no harm", or whatever. Speeding is reckless and puts other people at unnecessary risk, which is why it is illegal.

  • @MidnightWins2 have you read the declaration of independance? the constitution? The country is founded on the basis of freedom and the foundation of treating others the way you want to be treated.

Statutes are not laws, they are statutes, thus if someone claims their freedom and sovereignty on the foundational laws established in our constitution and declaration of independance, the statutes do not apply.

  • @MidnightWins2 Sorry, was thinking this was the US video...my statement still applies, just deal with the rule of law, the magna carta, the consitituion and the bill of rights instead.

  • @11mac11s Lol, his society? Has he conquered a suburb or something?

  • @11mac11s Hires his own peace officers to enforce his own rules?

  • @11mac11s I've seen a bunch of these clips, and every time the poster declares it a victory for freeman principles, it's because they don't understand court proceedings. For example, they interpret the judge calling a recess or setting bail as a sign of capitulation. What the videos don't show, of course, are the consequences, such as contempt of court charges or the police being dispatched to the defendant's house to forcibly arrest him and drag him to court.

  • @MidnightWins2

Oh really? Hmmm... that has never ever happened to me... Sad that pathetic little people with no balls like you just fall in line and let other men rule their lives. What the videos don't show you say? Hahaha... God I feel sorry for you.

  • @awkword519 I have no idea what you're talking about. Could you please start from the beginning?

  • @11mac11s What video?

  • @11mac11s You've seen it done? You've seen a court respect this theory?

And the birth certificate thing, no. I never said anything like that.
