This guy is from Hod Lipson's lab, the point of this is to eventually make robots that assemble themselves from a mass of subunits. I think theyre trying to crowd source robotics research, pretty cool idea.

Amazing product but far too expensive to manufacture, and with that, the market will be only for rich billionaire's children; which isn't that big, thus the business will go out of of business....probably.
