aniMate is a prefab-library based animation tool.

animator is a bare metal keyframing tool for creating animations from scratch.

is this available for Daz 3.0? it doesnt say its for any version higher than 2+?

Yep. It is available for DS 3.0 on mac and windows. The windows version supports both 32 and 64 bit DS.
