ummm, i really dont think someone could rely on this fighting style in a fight, especially against an agressive person, prove me wrong, i would like to see an actual fight with someone using this style.
ISAI is good for health. The sifu has a background in NOrthern Chinese MA. But I seriously doubt its effectiveness in a real fight. IMHO it's too slow and relies to much on the cooperation of the opponent.

and martial arts don't have specific speed
he is just performing it in slow speed
but i usually think why using speed any way ?
