Nice series i must say. I enjoyed following it from beginning to the end^^, Good thing i wasnt watching it when it was made, cos i would be too impatient:p Btw, the reason you had so much ammo, was cos you did the "ammo trick" in the beginning of the game. That zombie who was eating Kenneth (the very fist zombie), had you not let Barry kill it, you would only have picked up half as many clips/shells/bullets as you did. But because Barry killed it, you activated the "double ammo" cheat/trick.

@Jello4life It's sort of implied with the way they embrace in Chris's game (IMO, anyway). Other than that, I don't know if it's outright stated at any point later on in the series.

weird, i just finnished RE director's cut and didn't get the same music at the end, instead i got some crappy bitter sounds that can't even be called music, while only the text is running and nothing else is going on, probably cause i have the eu version..

Thats the one you unlock with either the master key or self-destruct sequence.

It leads to the corridor, that goes to an elevator and up to the helipad

8:35:04 is most certainly a bad time in Resident Evil 1

Its actually slow enough to be impressive

You actually managed to waste 6 hours or so backtracking , trying to remember where to go, making the v-jolt in a Jill game etc

But that's partially what made watching this lets play so fun. Its fun watching and yelling at the monitor

I wasnt making fun of the run. The run was very enjoyable.

I was making fun of an 8.5 hour time in RE1.

Maybe its been too long for you to remember how long it takes to play through RE1, but there really is only 2-2.5 hours of gameplay + cutscene time in each scenario.

Thus 3-5 hours is really what casual gamers are expected to get in a RE1 playthrough.

Which is why a 8.5 hour time is impressive to me and the few other people I showed the end result to.

Every time I watch these it makes me want to play, I see the Wii version on the shelf but... idk. Maybe what's holding me back is that people keep saying that the story from game to game in RE is inconsistent. Apparently the only thing that people do agree on is that the movies are terrible lol.

Barrys second appearence is in Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles hes in that one i think because i know ive seen him make an appearence in another resident evil game

oh noes! Chris is dead? well did he? lol that's weird. in the remake they give sort of give you the option to save Chris. it's not like they give you the option on screen or that any characters mention it or anything like that but if you go to a cell in the last map when the timer begins you find Chris locked up and you can unlock it and save him. its a neat little bonus ^^;
