Iraq is a big issue and Senator McCain is married to it. But he (and the other candidates) cannot forget their other wives: economy, environment, health care, etc. (Mmmm, I don't think this marriage metaphor is working out as well as I thought.)

One quibble: McCain never thought Obama was going to be his "running mate," as in his "VP for '08," rather he thought he was at a lock in being his "opponent," and he still might be... good chance I think.
