I will try this, I have never heard of using hypnosis to gain good luck. Been self hypnotizing for years for relaxation and pain control (fibromyalgia pain).My luck has never changed....when something good happens in my life it is ALWAYS followed by something ten times worse to cancel out whatever was good and make it more miserable. I feel that if I ever won the lottery it would be a certain death or trauma.

hypnosis is about relaxing the body and mind and letting the suggestions into your subconscious mind. I use hypnotherapy but have never experienced being out of it like in the movies. But when relaxed your mind is open and if repeated these suggestions take hold. I used tapes for stress and they work well if you keep at it. If you play that video daily for a few weeks you will see it take hold in your subconscious.
