The number of dropouts is huge. Something that doesn't happen for example in Sweden or South Korea. Yes, it's true that other first world countries like Sweden, Japan, and Denmark have much lower crime rates. However, Japan is 98% Japanese, Sweden is 85% Swedish, and Denmark s 90% Danish.
