@ifuxwituz rofl you must not get out much. a 3.5swap maxima is loseing hp due to the timing. so maybe 220bhp with no mods in a 3000lbs car with a 5speed. the R32 has 250bhp with a six speed in a 3100lbs car (maybe a little more) but i guess you dont give a fuck.............. lets not even factor in driver skills.......but you dont give a fuck right......you just make other maxima owners look bad...lol.

@ifuxwituz I no longer have a maxima.i got my jetta gli. im not a proud owner of a maxima as of now. i do hope to get into a 5th gen 3.5 soon but for the time being ill stick with my 35mpg jetta. im not saying you cant beat a R32, im saying,dont think you can only be beat by a boosted or sprayed one. most R32 that are boosted make more power then i have ever seen in a maxima. Look at the power to weight of both cars and what they can really do then talk mess. but hey its youtube and people rant

this was my vq 35 swap from a 2004 altima to my 1997 maxima, it had some problem first week of the swap but ask them what happens after fixing just one of the problems , lol my car was pushing only 188whp with knock sensor broke, and 211whp fixed and then 240whp with exaust and 13.8 1/4m at 102mph .... and all this with little problems jajajajajajaja vw an audis are slow allways lolololol

@ronaldmassoferret stock R32 run that all day long....seems like your just as slow. And i call BS on your 240whp with only exaust. A good friend of mine only made 232whp with intake, exaust, y-pipe, headers, IM spacer and bigger TB with a dyno tune (via V-SFC) he ran a 13.4 at 109 on street tires and 5speed.

ok #1 that maxima is definately not a 3.5. I can tell just by the way it sounds.. #2 yea your r32 might be fast, but it would of defiantely had a different outcome if you raced a 4th gen w a 3.5 in it. some run low 13's some get high 12's if your good at driving adnd hvae the right mods supporting it. I dont know much of the r32's i just know they arent in those numbers.....anyway peace.

it wasnt either a lie either a bad driver it was an R32 well driven with some tricks. Don't hate because 3.2 vs 3.5 and almost same weight R32 weighting I think a lil less its no such advantage... sit and enjoy and if you want come to Puerto Rico so I can smoke you too.

well with current IM and cams i am using with the rods changed it does really well on the top end. I dint go insane like some people I have rev limiter set at 7.4k... yes i know about the torqe gains and all that.. personally i like the insane kick i get when punch the gas.

I guess i had a 08 g35 sport fullly modded put down 398 whp was wating for a greddy turbo setup but i crashed the car so now im driving a 08 M5(which is a fun ass car.

The g35 was a fun ass car(considering it was my first car) but once a Greddy turbo set up comes out for the 2ND gen g35 ill be at my dads infiniti dealership in a heart beat.

the poster said that it was a 3.5 swap.. meaning that maxima originally came with the 3.0 liter engine, somebody threw a 3.5 liter in there.. they're usually fast as shit.. but i agree, the max should've taken it.. especially if the max was 5 speed

Looks like the max driver wasnt very good at shifting, assuming it was the 6speed tranny the 3.5s come with - good vid tho
