yeah, running came easy for me, i was always good at it. So id say that its all mental, look at the runs and pick someone to stay with, don't loose them, if u do u fail, and u'll be punnished anyways. Only the winners get any rewards. Keep training though, it will help, and take everything at a time, don't think ahead, just get over the obstacle ur faced with. Hope that helped!

Yeah, it was for me. That's why hellweek's so interesting, u dont have to wake up really!! lol But as for the holding ur breath thing, the only trick I have for that is practice, sit whith a watch, and se how long u can hold ur breath for. THen try to get that time every time u do it (every day) and slowly but shurley kick up the time. (also im glad we can get along finally!) lol
