When I wrote to the customer service they immediately refunded some amount of money.
Charged for world phone chat or Astro service
Charged for India Tweets service
Charged for Hello tunes service
But how can my maid or millions of such customer go to Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), National Do Not Call (NDNC) registry and follow comlex deactivation processes?
They have returned Rs 107 to my maid but what about millions of other victims?
