I remember seeing the inchworm and icebird commercials when I was a kid. But now I understand that I could have easily covered more ground on my Big Wheel or tricycle than I ever could have on an inch worm. The inchworm only worked riding downhill. It's a lot less work to put the ice in a blender to make a snow cone than to do it using the ice bird. But either way, what do you do when you run out of flavor packs? Commercials truly are "artificial need creations."

I wonder how many kids sliced their finger off with the icebird? It must have a sharp blade to shave that ice.
