@CharlieHend yes they where originally authentically from western colorado, It was taken apart block by block and reassembled using blueprints.. these are known to let you get closer then other places like mesa verde national park which is amazing. although its been argued they shouldn't have moved them, they did donate to mesa verde national park in a way of helping to preserve other cliff dwellings, and allowing more visitors to be able to see it. Today it be a criminal offense to move ruins..
We enjoyed our visit there, so I'm glad that they were moved; otherwise, I probably never would see the original site.

Weren't these just reconstructed? Not authentic? I think they were rebuilt on the model of other cliff dwellings, the ones at Manatou Springs.
