Whether he is in that shot or not from the way he talks he is clearly a test driver for top gear and looks young enough and clean cut enough to be a professional driver. I'm sure there are multiple Stigs and he could well be one. One other thought, do you not think that top gear realised that his comments could be taken as him being the Stig to ensure he wasn't they panned to him after the car drifted passed thus confirming he wasn't to individuals like yourself.

And the only reason was that Top Gear wanted to test the FXX around the track, but Ferrari wouldn't let them use one of their FXX's and it just so happened Schumacher was over in the UK doing a publicity campeign for Ferrari with his own FXX's. correct the white car is australian made export , its our current model commodore LS6liter 6 speed looks like thay used our hipo model the tail lights are hsv ( holden special vehicle ) and fitted a whipple or sprintec blower and vauxhall badgers

There is no equivalent. It is originally a Holden VXR8 exported to the UK and rebadged as a Vauxhall, the only other place other than UK and Australia you'll find this car is in South Africa, where it still wears the Holden badge
