Thanks for the info JMAC....your gun has give me some serious inspiration for my current SBS build. I assumed you welded up the holes in the barrel when you moved the gas block back 2''.....Any suggestions? TIG/MIG? Did you put some kind of backer inside the barrel? Thanks man.

Always been a fan of your Videos. Do you mind sharing some info on your set up? It looks like you moved the gas ports back, maybe 2"? What size gas port holes did you drill and how many of them? What hand guard is that? Does she cycle light loads well? Thanks

@HarleyF250guy Yes the gas system has been moved back 2" used the factory size ports for a 4 port configuration, galil tapco modified, cycles light loads very well the first mag is Wally world specials $25 for 100

@thegafe555 Definitely a cool model but not offered in the US... Only advantage it has is the self adjusting gas system. And a rail (but who needs an optic on a shotgun?)

@MemorysMystic ive never shot a saiga 12 with a mag like that but the guy seems to know what hes doing.I have a fore grip on my ar but usually fire(especially rapid) with hand cupping magwell.For me, it feels more comfortable and more accurate.He does look hella awkward holding the mag low like that,though.If i were dumping lead sweeper style ala tommy gun ganter style, i can see that grip helping get ahold of full auto.How ever he shoots it, i wouldnt want to be in front of him.

@ROOKnine I prefer a mag hold as opposed to a forward grip, however the gun looked plain without the FG and when shooting it you either need to hold onto the mag or a forward grip for the best control.

@vampire847 I built the Gun myself, moved the GB black 2" relocated the gas ports, shortened the piston and gas tube and after approval of my form 1 chopped the bbl to 10"
