One of the best things about the CF workouts are the intensity, but sometimes, in an effort to increase our speed, we tend to take shortcuts. This decreases the overall workload a little bit each rep. When doing box jumps, you'll find it much more difficult to come to a full upright stance once on the box. Not saying one method is better than the other, just something to think about when working through these and other speed oriented WODs.
All beginners in CrossFit need to take care that they don't overdo it. CrossFit workouts often do multiple movements for time, which can have the end result of emphasizing speed over proper form. Beginners should take it slow and make sure they get their form perfect before they start trying to move at a lightning pace.

Very strong and nice technique in deadlift!
But this could be dangerous for beginners because it targets the lower back (deadlift) in a fast pace.
