  • Hmm, isn't the song making fun of cemetary dwelling ('dreaded' is actually ironic) and of untalented people who fail to see that literature often is a game of tricking and fooling? (As in the Dead Poets Society film: we let poetry drip off our tongues like honey ; idiots lol)

    The whole song is a joke, Morrissey even 'stole' most of the words himself. Hence the reference to the big-nosed Cyrano who writes poems on command for an untalented fool.
