  • Sending lot`s of love from Hiroshima, Japan.

  • When you speak of the "coding in us" that is much the same as genetic determinism. All the coding and genetics are potentials that given a certain environment hold the capacity to emerge as diseases. But we are empowered by the conscious capacity to override those potentials when coming into harmony with our bodily systems. This is why our diet, our environment, and more importantly the state of our consciousness directs the course of our health and not necessarily our coding or genetics.

  • When it comes to diet, whatever we eat, drink, or think must be in harmony with the body, mind, and soul. Given that our bodily systems are made from packets of light which is energy, to introduce anything out of harmony with our bodily systems is to invite disease. Yes, while we shouldn't take in anything because we fear disease and are attempting to avoid sickness, at the same time to disregard the importance of what we consume disrespects the integrity of the source keeping us in good health.

  • Holla! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my cousin lost tons of weight with it.

  • so true. was eating raw vegan for about 10 months and just recently went vegetarian. However, I've noticed that I feel lethargic and irritable after eating dairy products. No fear, I just think that I found a new thought process that allows me to feel better by eating raw, not necessarily an over consumption based fear. So according to my own personal coding I should definitely be raw.

  • Great, thanks for sharing.
