I just looked up the song (Blut Im Auge, right?) and it does bear a few resemblances but otherwise I wouldn't think it stolen. Broken moon didn't even cross my mind when I heard the german song you pointed out.
If you're still not satisfied with my answer, look up the song in the description with Touhou added in tags.
I don't think Xi ment to 'steal' it. He did the same thing with Black Apple, he put stuff from Rhapsody's Black Diamond in there. You guys should see it more as a tribute than a stolen piece.. Also the folk metal Equilibrium plays ( the german band ) fits perfectly with suika's theme, imo.

It wasn't the melody of Broken Moon that elad1245 was claiming stolen (though it does bear some resemblances), it was the bit at 1:08 - 1:18 which is definitely from Equilibrium. I guess he has a bit of a reason to claim it was stolen then if it is a tribute (though I don't mind tributes)
(Broken Moon theme does kinda fit equilibrium I guess, just that it really doesn't pop in my head when I hear it)
@elad1245 They just used a small part of the song in the remix...there's nothing more then 30seconds of equilibrium here. It's a tribute, listen to other song on the cds...there some iron maiden.

Also, just so you know, the huge majority of the Touhou metal arrangers tribute European metal bands on their songs. Yea, this one has an intro and a riff that make Broken Moon sound just like Equilirium's Blut im Auge, so what? This same artist, Xi, also tributed Iron Maiden, Sonata Arctica and Rhapsody of Fire on this album.

@MesousaX It doesnt make it right, all i asked was to add the original name of the band and song so people will know who is the composer.
It annoys me that it's written "arranged by Xi" coz he did not arrange it.

You might want to change the info. Broken Moon is the pre battle talk against Suika in story mode in IaMP. Broken Moon is her actual theme in SWR.
