I realize your point on the confessions. However, Misskelley did not and would not testify against Echols and Baldwin even though he would have gotten a reduced sentence for doing so. There has not been ANY physical evidence to tie any of these men to the crime. There IS evidence to tie Terry Hobbs and David Jacoby. A DNA hair matching Hobbs was found in the ligature of one of the other boys, not his Steven Branch(his stepson). Another hair matching Jacoby was found at the scene too

False and misleading statements. The hair linked to David Jacoby is also linked to 7 percent of the population of the US. It was recovered weeks after the crime scene was through being investigated. Unless you know for a fact who's shoelaces were used to tie which victim then you don't have much of a case. Echols and Baldwin were both linked to the crime scene by fibers. Lie much?

The issues I posted are issues that directly led to the WM3 being released. How else can you explain someone on death row being released in Ar for the first time?
