Hah - I recognized this guitar riff right away. It was sampled on the fairly popular house track from 1999 by Triple X - Feel The Same. (It's on Youtube if you do a search.)

I don't know about you, but the mellow, in-the-pocket groove of the original is miles better to my ear. I hope the band got some decent royalties from the use of their sample.
