  • Not enough for me lol, I'm a crazy track runner. But the day I quit running/core I'm switching to this!

  • I work out pretty hardcore so five minutes is not enough for me, but I'll add to this to my warm-up (soca dancing and all lol)!

  • Or you could do...sport. btw planking properly for 30 seconds is impossible, so if you can plank for 30 seconds you are doing it wrong.

  • @TheWillyBe As a dancer/health-nut, I can say that's not true. I've seen people hold the plank for minutes with perfect form. You just gotta push yourself harder :)

  • I like this bc I used to run track and this reminds me of the drills we used to do (they were for a lot longer than 30 seconds tho) and I prefer high intensity intervals over anything else...I feel like you might like insanity ( something very similar but way more intense)

  • i just did it and DIED!! omgosh my heart is racing! really adrenaline pumping. i changed it around abit though. i dont have a elastic so i did leg kicks instead to work out my thighs and but and i added 1 min of dancing well more like booty poppin and thigh slappin and i added in sit ups and star jumps as a cool down. really goooddd!

  • Are you kidding?? Your tits are fucking perfect! And your pushups are such bad form. Girl... I'm getting my fitness cert. soon. I'm coming over to teach you. This workout you developed is great, but it will be effective ONLY IF YOU KEEP YOUR FORM! I recommend when you do pushups, get on your knees instead of your toes. This will help you keep proper form until you can do "real" pushups :)

I squat for the whole semester (4 months) so now that I'm home for Winter break, I haven't been able to break the habit of squatting. o_O

  • @amcclish no only this. Never liked the gym but I come from a track and field background so I may have an easier time staying in shape because of muscle memory

  • Burpees are not easy!! add a tuck jump! and for your plank try to take your feet off the wall. and for your push ups you can modify them and do them on your knees (nothing is wrong with that) and you will be able to do 30 sec straight. But this is a good workout!!! I think you should try to do it twice though :P
