Here's an easier way to do it if you're not into barre chords yet - Capo 4th fret - Am - Em E7 - Am

then F - G - C - C/B - Am; F - G - E - E7 for mid-8.

Also maybe take it down a fret or two if you're struggling to reach the higher notes - Nelson?

Everything is kind of on hold because of the holydays. I asked other people who get songs copyrighted over at the mandolin cafe and they said it takes about 3 months, so I should hear from them like the begining of Febuary. I was thinking of sending it to a few people here on youtube to see if they would like to try it. Would you like me to send it to you? If its not to bad maybe you could try it or do your own version?

yes... it could be nice to take a listen. But if you prefer to wait till its copyrighted it's ok with me. Here in france, you can send your work to yourself by mail to put an official date on it... it is a first simple step to protect some original work.
