@abc8437 Oh yes, i agree to it. Even the government encourages us to take public transport and that's why they implemented this.

We cant stop them from driving. If we stop them from driving,they will take public transport,and when they take public transport,den buses or trains will become crowded. So is it the good way to increase the bus fare or train fare so that bus or train wont get crowded? NO!!! The people need to travel means need to travel,if you stop them from using this method to travel,they will try to use other method. Isn't it? So in the end all the method will be full of people using. to be continue..

ERP is not a good way to improve road condition. If they want to improve,why not build more road,I think it is more effective. ERP need people pay money,what happen if all the motorist have the money to pay and don't mind paying,den is the ERP useful anymore? NO!!! The good way to improve road condition is to widen the road.
