Forgive me, but i don't know how this guy could call himself a professional futurist or be a fellow in the Singularity institute. By definition, the singularity is a point beyond which we cannot see and probably not understand. However, he goes on to give vague assessments of post-singularity society. I did gather that he has a warm and fuzzing feeling about it though.
@stevenrszabo He doesn't mention "post-singularity." This term is only mentioned in the question. He even says that it would be more accurate to talk about a "post-transformation" society.

@stevenrszabo the singularity is the culmination of their efforts. when society and consciousness as a whole becomes ONE.
