Neurotech HD is the theme, but this video shows a modded version of it that i created, you cannot find it anywhere, nor do i own it anymore... sorry everyone! you can achieve a similar look if you go to Cydia and download the following:
Thanks for the heads up on the wallpaper but being a little simple how do you manage to keep the frame/home sreen picture and gave the video running at same time can't seem to fix this any help alway appreciated
