Personally I respect your decision not to find a new voice actor for Ted as his original actor was a great contribution to the team :) It reminds me of why Troy Mclure and Lionel Hutz will never make another appearence in the Simpsons since their original voice actor died and out of respect Matt Groening retired both characters.

I can't imagine another person doing Ted, for me it would never fit in.

The best way to remember Ted is to leave his good works in episode 1 as a testament to his fantastic voice talents.

He has certainly proved to be the absolute favorite voice character from the first episode.

I don't ever set a date, these videos are just too time consuming to ever set dates out, I was to have the trailer up by Christmas 2008, and look its Easter 2009.

These next episodes are far more complex than episode 1, mainly due to the fact there are lots more explosions, they really soak up time.

Unfortunately Ted passed away some years ago, he had a great voice and became the favorite character voice in ep 1, mind you he had lots of lines.

I believe ep 1 has too many characters, if you look at the real thomas shows they never have more than maybe 4 to 5 characters, sometime 2 or 3.
