Hi Tera, my name is Tasha and I wud like 2 ask u a few questions about ur getting approved 4 ur surgery!! I am currently on Anthem Blue Cross & I have type 2 Diabetes, which is why I really want 2 have this surgery as well as loose all this weight from having my children!!
