Hi,good day I have an mep7000 I buy off my friend that he had only for 6 months but I can't get my laptop to work with it do I have to buy a new software to install on my laptop please help ?

@kirt510 Traktor, virtual dj, ableton etc. try the free versions and look if it will work, if it doesn't check if you have the right sound cart. If you dont know what a sound card/driver is then google they will explain it to you! sorry for bad english i am dutch you know

whats the difference between sep-c1 and the mep-700 they seem to be the exact same thing????

@buzbee1991 The MEP-700 is the full setup with the CD drive unit included. The SEP is just the controller itself. Let us know if we can help any other way!

@sainifabulous The 3000 is 1 space, and the 5000 is 2 space... Hope i understood you correctly
