hi all, i agree with lolguy543, st.helens does have it's down and outs but it also has some really nice people. all towns/villages/cities have the scum and the innocent and they also have their nice and rough areas. i've lived in st.helens all my life (am 21 now) and i've had good times and bad times, but i take that as just a part of life, scum do the crime, they do the time. am i wrong? p.s. great video!!!

I was wondering how long it would take for someone to reassure me that there ARE good people in the town, deep down I know there are because I have many good friends living in the town and I wouldn't have returned. Actually, home is where I can afford to live. Home is close to the schools where my step children are settled. Home is near work. Home is an hours drive from my daughter, from my first marriage. Home is close to family. My heart says home is the Hebrides, beautiful but impractical. Home is where my head is. Whilst there is love in this home, this extends to wanting my children to grow up in an area containing as few chavs as possible. Is that too much to ask? I think not.
