Your absolutely right RamBam3000, I love this show and have it on HD DVD, its a shame the crap we see on tv these days haven`t got an once off talent in them, unlike shows like these, i hope someone has the balls in hollywood to continue the series of Tales of the Golden Monkey, it would create more interest and bring a bigger audience. i remember seeing a video on the cast reunion sometime ago.

This show was the absolute business. It SHOULD have run and run for years. Instead? CANCELLED! AAAARRRRGGGGHH! TV today sucks? Glee? Ugly Betty? Gossip Girl? Should all be napalmed. Repeatedly.

Tales of the Gold Monkey should have lasted at least 10 years. The show is similar to all the Indiana Jones films.

Every Indiana Jones movie does well at the box office. Based on that, I figured Tales of the Gold Monkey would have a very long run on ABC.

I can't wait until Tales of the Gold Monkey episodes come out on DVD.

i actually remember this show. I was always telling my friend's that the actor Stephen Collins, who starred in the show was in another show before 7th Heaven and it was that,but no one believed me. Thanks for the Find.
