No joke I've lost like 4 stone and It's just stopped and its really annoying. I train harder than any of my friends and they have gains :/ I do cardio nearly every day a week and the same with weights, and my weights are intense but I still have a belly and its gross :( Does anyone know how I get rid of this? I want to drop another stone or two and replace it with lean muscle. I'm not sure whether to just hit cardio then build up weights or what???

what is a serving size of the meat and veggies and where do I get the fish oil from? And can you use anything for salad dressing or just eat them plain?
@tammiejo I've been searching high and low for an alternative for my vegetarian clients, and have not found anything. What we're after from the fish oil, specifically, are extremely high amounts of EPA and DHA. There are no known sources to my knowledge that are even close to as rich in EPA and DHA as fish oil. Algae-based EPA and DHA supplements are just not up to par. If you find something, let me know. -Thomas
@rawrboi21 Yes, if you are in a plateau, those tips, if you do all of them, will put back on a fast slope to where you ultimately want to be. You may gain about 5-8 lbs at first, but DO NOT be alarmed - it's not from body fat. It will drop off of you. Let me know if you have any other questions I can answer in future videos.
