What do the stars on your mac make up mean?

they're just little ID stickers so I know which ones are mine specially when Im doing backstage work with other makeup artists, it can get pretty crazy, and at the end of the day, I know which ones are mine by the stickers.

hey koren what do you use pigments for? cuz someone gave me one and i have no idea how to use it. the colour is soo strong i don't know if i should use it for eyes, cheeks or lips?

hey honeydripz - pigments are basically used all over depending on the color. Most use them as eyeshadows. Some pigments are not approved for lips and some are not for eyes, so again, depending on the pigment. The lighter colors are widely used as higlighter, to give definition to cheekbones and brown bones.

Pro artists gets discount at MAC through their Pro program. There is a company called The Cosmetic Company that are located at various Premium Outlets natinwide in the US that carries MAC at discounted price. Other than that I dont think you'll find. Try makeup trades too from Makeup Alley or something like that.

What a splendid idea, and you can recycle cardboard boxes as well! Here's the dimentions: lenght 7.5 inches; width 1.75 inches; deep 1.25 inches.

Why do some of the jars have a medieval looking cross on it. I noticed on the foundations video too. The Studio Fix has it, but my Studio Fix doesn't.

hi Cris - those are just stickers I put, so that when I am doing backstage work with other makeup artist, I will know which stuff are mine. Just little ID tags per se.
