you should use loctite 574 on your case halves. only coat one side and have your other case half ready to go on before applying the sealer. case nuts need no sealer and they need to be new. they have a red seal made into them

Whose crank and rods are you using? Have you had any problems with the 3H sealer leaking?

@erodedelorean - Parts are from Jake Raby's Type-4 store. So far the sealant seem fine!
