with that type of header box...be careful when you take off the suction host that goes to the header box...I always put a pan under it when I took mine off and I would flush water in the hose and box end...always got some gold from there...I like your video

Mid summer 09 gold price makes that about $30 worth of gold for $150/$300 worth of labor on a Saturday (overtime day).

Cool video, I enjoy watching it. Can you make a video of how you "read" a stream for rich deposit spots? I know you mentioned moving boulders and stuff. Any info can help. Like what is the best places to dredge in a stream.

Suction dredging is beneficial to the environment, I remove many pounds of lead and other toxic metals from streams every year and leave behind nothing but loose gravel beds which are excellent for fish spawning....but I am sure Al Gore would disapprove!
