  • If you don't feel something from this song, that's unbelievable.

  • auuuu this is an ancient SERBIAN/MACEDONIAN song!!!!!!look for ZAJDI,ZAJDI and you will see!!!!!

  • REP-EAT BUTTON IS FULL

  • LEONIDAS LEGEND

  • Does anybody in the West knows that this is Macedonian song called "Zajdi, zajdi"????

I didn't see this information on movie posters. An idiot who stole it could have given at least some credits to the original....which is far better than this copy.

    Pathetic.

  • @DonKacunko1 actually is not better and it is not stolen

  • yes true brother,

  • can anyone tell me which flute that is?

  • @Goldichan92 pan flute

  • beautiful.

  • when i listen to this song,i'm about to tear myself apart because of the road i choosed to live on.

  • @DjBitchBoy

hey DEAR, DON'T CRY ON YOUR SELF, IT WILL WEAK YOUR SOUL, AS YOU WEAK IT,

ALWYS CHOSE RELGION CLOTHS, YOU WILL STRONG YOUR SOUL WILL STRONG,,,....

  • best tune I've ever heard......a thousand salute to leonidas.....the bravest king ever.....

  • Generic (perhaps english) Government says: "I pledge to reduce fakeness of history books" yeah right{I wish, I honestly do}

  • hey you idiots..there is no country called Macedonia.Macedonia is a part of NORTHERN GREECE,the place where THE GREATEST GREEK OF ALL TIME was born and raised,ALEXANDER THE GREAT,in a town calles PELLA.ALEXANDER THE GREAT DID NOT speak any barbaric slavic bulgarian dialect and it is widely known.HE SPOKE GREEK AND ONLY GREEK.The country that you obviously refer to is a small piece of land with no history at all and because of this they try to steal other people's heritage.PLEASE BE AWARE!

  • @WTtheHowling Alexander was not a GREEK, Macedonia was a independent country at that time 300 years BC. He's father was King Philip of Macedonia he was Greek/Macedonian and his mother was Illyrian/Albanian, you can see on the map of the qonquered lands Alexander took, and what you notice is that today's Albania region was not touched by Alexanders army. He was not interested in qonquering his own people;)

  • @gencgenc you oversee the fact that neither Alexander nor Philip had anything to do with the slavic background they try to fit him into.so shut up and finf your own roots.

  • @WTtheHowling Find my own roots?? WTF are you talking about? Have you heard of the Illyrian tribes in the adriatic region? Greek/Macedon/Illyrian(Albanian) people immigrated in to Europe from Central-Asia ca. 2000-3000 years BC. and they lived there ever since. The slavic population of balkan came from Russia 500 - 1000 years AC. Thats the serbs, croation, slovenian and parts of macedonia and around kosovo who speak the slavic/serbian/russian language are originally from russia.

  • @gencgenc hahah!i d like to se the history books you're reading

  • @WTtheHowling Not the fake greek ones an least;) I live in Norway my friend, i read proper History books, not greek history stealing shit. Greeks lived in the adriatic same as albanian since 4-5000 years ago. We were not called "Albanians" at that time, but same people as today. Before the Turks invaded Europe there was the great Albania. We had All of North-West Greece included The island Corfus was Albanian 500 years ago. We had land from Macedonie, Montenegro & Serbia.

  • @gencgenc Every country has had their military success through the ages. Albania is not special, you can feel cool about it or look at what matters, NOW.. Because your nothing but a insignificant worthless dot on the map now.

  • @THISISLolesh yea and who do you think you are disrespecting albanians! ? Huh? Wanna be boxer cunt. Should have loved to put you in a ring with me and see what youare made off! Motherfucker!

You shut the fuck up! Worthless dot on the map? LOL you are a faggot man go suck dick you cocksucker!

You do boxing, ohhh you are so dangerous lol. I train bodybuilding 3 years now but i dont brief about it on my youtube account you faggot!

  • @gencgenc Its funny how you have to try bring my personal life into the fact that Albania is worthless..

I didnt tell you i was a boxer, you decided to go onto my page - i couldnt careless what people know about me. Newsflash too, im not tryign to seem hard or dangerous, which is why im not saying to you "i could kill you, i do boxing" your the one talkin shit about being a bodybuilder thus being a hypocrit, muscles dont mean anything, infact their a negative in a boxing match.. Oh well :)

  • @gencgenc to say you are good at something because you do something else is ridiculous. if im an olympic swimmer im gonna be damn good at swimming. it doesnt mean i can say i could dive better than someone who does olympic freestyle diving. in a street fight looking big and intimidating is benefitial but then again so is having a shaved head and loads of facial scars. i once heard someone say they wanted to do boxing because they had particularly big knuckles :O haha.

  • Illyrians/Greeks/ parts of Macedonia originally immigrated to Europe 2-3000 years BC. and we spoke the Indo-European language from Central Asia you moron. If you think albanians are Slavs you are a idiot my friend sorry, we came to Europe together. Here smart guy read on Wiki pedia.

    Search: Indo-European languages

  • And don't forget, check out: Illyrians too ;) then you'll understand where we came from. Fuck Russia. Our language don't even sound like russian. Albanian is an language for it self, it dont sound like other languages. Like greek.

  • @WTtheHowling Greeks steal alot from Albanian culture and history, they even claim that Gjegj Kastrioti Skenderbeg was greek. He was the biggest hero of Albania (Chatolic Albania not orthodoks) in the 1400-century who fought the Ottoman empire for 40 years. He kept Albania independent in 40 years before he died and then the Turks managed to take over Albania in the late 1400. Greece was alrady under the Ottoman empire long before LOL. Albania stopped the turks for an entire generation.

  • @gencgenc Thanks for the research I've had a bit of a muse for Alexander the great for some time now, In a weirdly subconscious way.

  • @WTtheHowling And in ca. 300 years BC. Greece got qonquered by King Philip of Macedonia after the wars with Sparta and Athens. Greece lost many soldiers and got weak after the civil wars beetween the greek cities, and King Philip used that as an advantage to qonquer Greece. But his goals was to unite Macedonia and Greece to make an big Army to destroy the Persians, but he got killed and Alexander became king and fullfilled his fathers dream. Thanks

  • Amazing Bulgarian Song was used for movie "300" name of the song Zaidi Zaidi by Luben Karavelov Enjoy it !

  • @dimitrisdadiotis AHAHAHhaHHAHAHhahahhHAHAHhaHAHAHAhahhaHHAHAHAHAHAAAAA

  • @dimitrisdadiotis MACEDONIA IS MACEDONIA !!!! NOT GREEK ! *

  • @Fimane13 this conversation is pointless you are never going to understand that you are not descendants of Macedonians because you have been Propagandized! I my selm am descendant of the ancient Greek tribe of Myrmidons , as Macedonia was an ancient Greek tribe, not Slavs wich you are, read a history book that has not been effected with propaganda and the speak again, you have nothing in common with the true Macedonians . The only thing you have in common is some territories

  • @dimitrisdadiotis I've learned enough from my homeland Macedonia !! i know that this conversation is pointless .. because you can't accept that greek is greek and macedonia Macedonia !

    So Let it Be !!

  • @Fimane13 Yea, I talk to you with facts and all you do is quit. you never where Macedonias and never will be

  • @Fimane13 The Macedonians were an ancient tribe inhabiting the alluvial plain around the rivers Haliacmon and lower Axius in the northeastern part of the Greek peninsula. Generally described as an ancient Greek people, they emerged from a north Aegean and central Balkan cultural zone characterized by a progressive fusion of Greek and non-Greek elements from the 6th century BCE.[1] Although they comprised numerous tribes, the kingdom of Macedon, established by the 8th or 7th century BC

  • @dimitrisdadiotis , is mostly associated with the Argeads, both the name of the ruling dynasty and a Macedonian tribe. Traditionally ruled by independent families, the Macedonians seem to have accepted Argead rule by the time of Alexander I of Macedon. Under Philip II, they are credited with numerous military innovations which led to the exploits of Alexander the Great, the establishment of numerous realms from the Diadochi and the inauguration of Hellenistic civilization

  • @dimitrisdadiotis and that my friend is a History lesson for you

  • @dimitrisdadiotis thats cool but, current so-called macedonians have nothing in common with those people.

  • @Gungrave123 i am with u bro, thats what i am saying

  • @dimitrisdadiotis still ty for the lession.

  • Of course IT IS BULGARIAN! the macedonians didn't have a country when this song was born!!!!!!!!!!!:):):)

  • Of course IT IS BULGARIAN! the macedonians didn't have a country when this song was born!!!!!!!!!!!:):):)

  • I'm a Bulgarian, and i know this song since my childhood.I don't mind that the song is used as a soundtrack for the movie - it's a great idea! The one thing I mind is that the Bulgarian origin of the song is not known because of the plagiarism of people without a culture - the so called Americans, for example (The Native American Nations are the real Americans, but the white men killed them,so there are no native culture...) Don't be stupid, recognize the cultural heritage of the other nations...

  • fucking awesome ...

  • merci sarah !

  • @magueule26 :)

  • super

  • amazing..

  • not a macedonian, but Bulgarian, macedonians tend to change history and approtriate everything that is not theirs, but the truth is they originate from bulgarians,so be careful and correct your BIG mistake-saying it was a macedonian who ccomposed the song, the song was created by bulgarian and contains all the key components of the bulgarian folklore, not A MACEDONIAN ONE!

  • @ggeorgiev9 You're so right! (a Greekess)

  • @ggeorgiev9 it can't be Macedonian friend, Macedonians speak greek :-)

  • Wouldn't it be cool if a well know percentage of US music just a little cultural? I mean I know this is just a song off a kick-ass action film, but seriously.

  • @legomanxd449 america has no culture

  • @Arian861 LOL you are even dumber than the guy who actually wrote the comment that I replied on. Douche

  • perifanos pou eimai Ellinas

  • is too noisy :/

  • I am from Turkey I love macedonia. Fuck grecee

  • "Remember us." As simple an order as a king can give. For he did not wish tribute, nor song, nor monuments nor poems of war and valor. His wish was simple. "Remember us". That was his hope, should any free soul come across that place, in all the countless centuries yet to be. May all our voices whisper to you from the ageless stones, "Go tell the Spartans, passerby, that here by Spartan law, we lie."

  • This song is part of our history. Bulgarian, macedonian...

    What you know about it?

Did you know, that we were 500 years in slavery? As part of the Ottoman Empire.

Do you know about the massacres, and the blood tax? That human life was worth, less than that of cattle.

And all this, only because our faith in Christ. But we have not given up on it.

Therefore, this song is so sad. As most of our folk songs. Because reflect these events.

    The Mistery Of Bulgarian Voices

  • I hope all three of those people got their asses kicked by Zeus!!!

  • its a shame only 104,298 in this world no what real music is

  • The song's lyrics are Greek.

So the Bulgarian/Macedonian argument is about the song this one is loosely based on.

  • You know if people argue if it's Macedonian or Bulgarian why don't you, oh I don't know,

    TRANSLATE IT!!!!!

  • canadian xD

    sorry...too much south park...

  • @Eidolin i dont get it. you just said the word canadian...whats so funny

  • @XxModernDayRaiderxX watch south park :D <3

  • Cultural ownership of something as universal as the beauty in this woman's voice doesn't make any sense. This song belongs as much to me, a born Canadian, citizen of my planet before my country, as it does to anyone else. So leave Tyler Bates alone, forget Mecedonia vs. Bulgaria.

Love this music for what it is: Beauty eternal

  • Amazing music, If I can't find some calm place I just play this in my ears and chillout.

  • very similar with "Зайди, зайди ясно слънце / Zaydi, zaydi yasno slance" - bulgarian folklor song.

  • amen.

  • Truly Bulgarian:)

  • @Moria555Moria bulgarian serbian .. makedonian ... :D

  • Comment removed

  • i had goosebumps when the woman started to sing...the song is so peaceful

  • @Soulbinder2 same here

  • pure epic

and two people have no taste!

  • The song was penned by a Macedonian, who borrowed elements from other cultures. Same with Tyler Bates.

Quit fighting over who deserves credit for what.

Music belongs to all of us.

  • @ninvisibleswingset funny you mentioned it :)) in some parts sounds just like a romanian cry song

  • @ninvisibleswingset yeah you wish buddy macedonia isn`t even a country :D you are confused bulgarians :D

  • @ninvisibleswingset it is one thing to borrow musical elements from different cultures, but totally another to borrow the WHOLE MELODY and put your own signature at the end and take the whole credit for it.

  • @ninvisibleswingset

"Music belongs to all of us." - Tell that to the likes of Sony and UMG...

  • @ninvisibleswingset I AM FROM SKOPJE AND THAT OPENED MY EYES! THATS IS BEAUTIFUL!

  • @ninvisibleswingset Stop talking bullsh1ts .... The song is BULGARIAN ... You want to be a Macedonian ,because you're . И на български да го кажа : Песента е българска , македонско лайно такова ...

  • @ninvisibleswingset

You are wrong - the original of this song is Bulgarian, not Macedonian. It is written by the Bulgarian poet Luben Karavelov

  • Come on... Macedonia macedonia.

Scopjans, answer in this if you are Macedonians! I DARE YOU TO ANSWER TO THIS COMMENT BOTH SCOPJANS AND BULGARIANS!

Why Alexander is a Greek name? (it means "Defender of Men" in Greek)

Why Alexander described himself as Greek?

("Philip's Alexander and Greeks, except Spartans, separate from barbarians that are from asia")

Alexander sends 300 Persian uniforms to Athenians when he won the war against Persians sending together the message above.

  • the deepest and strongest Macedonian song refer all to zajdi zajdi Tose watch it on you tube

    how poetic xD

  • Truly Fantastic.

    Thanks for sharing

  • this song is so amazing. her vocals, my goodness! just so emotional!

  • He did not want statues, or histories with his name... His last orders were simple, Remember us, remember why we fought... D:

  • @whosurmamaband Sorry, deleting your comment.

  • @SoundtracksOriginal well it's your own upload so your own choice about deleting my comment, although you have to be fair: my comment was NOT insulting to anyone-unlike a whole lot of others you've turned a blind eye at:)

Look mate, I am a film &tv composition student and have studied this score :) and you deleting a comment full of facts is not going to turn this into a better score :)
