We will be judged as we judge- this is Father's business- not ours. Our job is to pray- and judge ourselves. @10frankie17 The argument of weather the Christian can obtain perfection like Christ is an old discussion. One camp say yes, but can quickly become legalistic, the second camp says no, and it can often become lawless. Both sides are wrong. God can make us perfect in our sphere as Jesus was in His sphere. Only He can give us supernatural power to walk as Christ walked. We will always be forgiven sinners, but God will is that we remain in Christ and as such it is our choice.

@shiphrahhopeful Like you, my sense of justice forbad me to enjoy Sandi Patty's music any more. However, her adultery (with one man, NOT men) is something she is not proud of. She confessed to her 1st husband, family, her lover's family and to her church. She wrote movingly in a book, "Broken on the Back Row." She doesn't sensationalize her sin; in fact, she purposely avoided details. The main thing she realizes is that God's grace covers all her sin -- and yours and mine. Now I like her songs!

You ask God for foregiveness and He is quick to forgive and forget. He will remember your sin(s) no more.

@shiphrahhopeful Honey, it really does not matter what we as Christians think someone deserves. We are called to love and forgive. My husband left me with a little child and I begged God not to let the divorce happen. I did not want to be another divorced Christian. I was willing to stay and forgive him for infidelity. Only our precious Lord knows the brokenness in each of us. Like my husband, she may have had something happen in her childhood that she has not overcome.

I would like to know who put the Spanish subtitles and....bless them ;). Nowadays there really is no room for 'so' many mistakes since we have google translate and other search engines. When in doubt the answer is just a couple of clicks away. Otherwise great touching video. Sandi takes me there every time!

I used to sing this song when I was like 6 years old on my mom's bed.. I just sang the song very loud.. I didn't know the meaning. And I used to call Sandi Patty by "la señorita" haha... My dance studio did a routine to this song a few years back. It was simply gorgeous.We preformed it at a competition and as soon as the song started the whole auditorium became silent.. it stayed tht way throughout the whole preformance. When our girls finished looking up to the sky, there was a roar from the auditorium soo loud it hurt your ears! It was definitely a prefomance you had to see. Way to praise the Lord(:

@MsSmurf2010 When believers sin (Titus1:15-16), the Bible says to deal with it truthfully & constructively.The procedure for PUBLIC leaders caught in false teaching or immorality is for them to be rebuked publicly "so that the others may take warning" (1Tim.5:20). A believer who sins privately against another, is not to be exposed publicly UNLESS he/she PERSISTS UNREPENTED in sin, in which case he is to be rebuked before the church & we are to then "treat as a pagan" (Matt.18:15-17)(1Cor.5:3-12)

We will be judged as we judge- this is Father's business- not ours. Our job is to pray- and judge ourselves. I must always remember "the heart is deceitfully wicked above all things"- what did Jesus say to the woman caught in adultery? She repented and He said "Neither do I condemn thee- go and sin no more".

During most of Sandi Patti's career, she has been committting adultery with married men. Sandi divorced her husband & has married one of her adulterous companions, even though her husband was willing to forgive her and restore their marriage! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS! And most "Christians" think she should get just a tiny slap on the wrist! As long as someone says their "serving God",then nothing disqualifies you from ministry! You can do whatever you want! We are ALL sinners and can be forgiven through the blood of Jesus. God can forgive and use people to glorify him. How about Peter? He DENIED he even knew Christ and yet Jesus forgave him and used him as a the rock he built the church on.

@10frankie17 The argument of weather the Christian can obtain perfection like Christ is an old discussion. One camp say yes, but can quickly become legalistic, the second camp says no, and it can often become lawless. Both sides are wrong. God can make us perfect in our sphere as Jesus was in His sphere. Only He can give us supernatural power to walk as Christ walked. We will always be forgiven sinners, but God will is that we remain in Christ and as such it is our choice.

@shiphrahhopeful Like you, my sense of justice forbad me to enjoy Sandi Patty's music any more. However, her adultery (with one man, NOT men) is something she is not proud of. She confessed to her 1st husband, family, her lover's family and to her church. She wrote movingly in a book, "Broken on the Back Row." She doesn't sensationalize her sin; in fact, she purposely avoided details. The main thing she realizes is that God's grace covers all her sin -- and yours and mine. Now I like her songs!

@shiphrahhopefu: l It is called Grace. Take a peek at John 3:16 and Eph.. 2:8-9. Your questions will be answered. In Ephesians notice the order of the words Grace, Faith and Works.
You ask God for foregiveness and He is quick to forgive and forget. He will remember your sin(s) no more.
Also unless one is a Christian one cannot undewrstand the Word of God. It is in the Bible... look it up.

@shiphrahhopeful Honey, it really does not matter what we as Christians think someone deserves. We are called to love and forgive. My husband left me with a little child and I begged God not to let the divorce happen. I did not want to be another divorced Christian. I was willing to stay and forgive him for infidelity. Only our precious Lord knows the brokenness in each of us. Like my husband, she may have had something happen in her childhood that she has not overcome.

There are quite a few mistakes in the subtitles, especially in Spanish. I would be happy to correct them. It should be "like THE lamb", "le abrian paso A Jesus", "para ver al que llevaba AQUELLA cruz", "Rey Y Senor". I hope it can be changed, but otherwise you did just an excellent job!

I used to sing this song when I was like 6 years old on my mom's bed.. I just sang the song very loud.. I didn't know the meaning. And I used to call Sandi Patty by "la señorita" haha... Now I'm 20 And this is an amazing song. God has done too much for me.. I love Him so much. It's time for us to give Him something of ourselves too.

When I hear this song, I remember my Mom. She sang this song to me last Easter Sunday on a walk from Church at night. I was scared since it was night, and she sang this to calm me down. It worked. My Mom has an amazing voice, and so does Ms Patti. God bless her.

My dance studio did a routine to this song a few years back. It was simply gorgeous.We preformed it at a competition and as soon as the song started the whole auditorium became silent.. it stayed tht way throughout the whole preformance. When our girls finished looking up to the sky, there was a roar from the auditorium soo loud it hurt your ears! It was definitely a prefomance you had to see. Way to praise the Lord(:

The amazing thing about this is that this song cannot even begin to cover and explain Jesus' sacrifice on the cross. And it is sad how some people think that Jesus dies every year and resurrects every year. He died ONCE for the SALVATION of ALL. He did it so that we wouldn't have to. And our blood cannot even pay for our sins, because our blood comes from a sinner.
